CSV to interactive map in under 60 seconds

No Excel plugins, no GIS install. Just drop a CSV with lat/lng columns and you have a working map.

    Open CSV to Map

Step 1: make sure your CSV has coordinates

Two columns are required: a latitude column (lat, latitude, y) and a longitude column (lng, lon, long, longitude, x). Names are auto-detected, capitalization doesn’t matter.

    Step 2: drop the file

Open the CSV to Map tool and either drag the file in or paste the CSV text directly. Up to 100 rows render free; sign in for more.

    Step 3: explore

Every CSV column becomes a popup field. Use the search and zoom controls. The watermarked map is yours to screenshot.

    Step 4: unlock more

Sign up free to remove the 100-row cap, save the map, share a public URL, and add color/size styling by any column.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to clean the CSV first?

Rows with missing or invalid coordinates are skipped silently with a count shown. Otherwise no cleaning needed.

What if my CSV uses semicolons?

Auto-detected by the parser. Tab-separated and pipe-separated also work.

Can I plot addresses instead of coordinates?

Yes — sign in to use the geocoding feature. The free tool requires coordinates.
