2. How We Use Information

We use your data to operate the platform, authenticate users, provide GIS analysis, send notifications, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve our services.

3. Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Mapbox, Google Maps, AdSense) strictly to operate the service, and when required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS), Row-Level Security on our database, and audit logging to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting support@geodatamapper.com. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

GeoDataMapper is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
