Upload a parcel or zoning shapefile and toggle 3D extrusion. Height is driven directly by your data column — no arbitrary scaling — so visualizations match the actual zoning code. The extrusion uses Mapbox GL JS's GPU pipeline so even a parcel layer of 20,000+ polygons stays interactive.

The drawing toolbar handles polygons, lines, and rectangles with vertex editing and right-click split/merge. Areas and perimeters update in real time as you drag vertices, with unit toggles for metric and imperial.

Density heatmaps you can record

Animate heatmap evolution across scenarios and export as GIF (up to 12 frames, 200ms each) for slide decks and council packets. Density can be driven by dwelling units, FAR, employment estimates, or any numeric column in your data. Compare a baseline against three alternate growth scenarios in a single animated export.
