By accessing GeoDataMapper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe IP, distribute malware, scrape data abusively, or upload illegal/harmful content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Basic, Premium, Pro) renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

GeoDataMapper and its content are owned by us. You retain rights to data you upload, granting us a license to host and process it for the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Geospatial data may contain errors; do not use for navigation, life-safety, or legal boundary determination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
